Hi, I’m Katie! I am a former Research Assistant II in the Ruff Lab and currently working in collaboration on several projects. My main focus has been studying green sulfur bacteria within estuary ecosystems and in upwelling regions in the open ocean.

I am very excited to learn more about sulfur-cycling microbes and their impact on global biogeochemistry.
